This controllerbased Conexant modem sends and receives data at a speed of 56 Kbps and is suitable for Internet, telebanking, faxing and BBS. This model also supports sending and receiving faxes with 14K4 bps speed and can also be used as an answering machine. Conceptronic offers this external modem in an elegant, compact and modern design. This model is appropriate for both the novice modem user and the expert user because of the simple installation and clear manuals and the extensive status LEDs and additional options. It communicates synchronous as well as asynchronous and has a built-in answering machine, which is fully supported by the corresponding BVRP Phonetools software.
